Making a tree change to rural property has a steep learning curve. And many things you should know before you buy don’t become obvious for many years down the track. This workshop helps you know important factors in choosing a property and establishing a small farm with the goal of deriving income from the property.

Most information you can Google and YouTube, but meeting people really helps hone your own approach. And long term you can join the journey with others to help each other.

When buying a small farm you start a process of learning new topics that become essential. Things like; animal welfare, soil and pasture, natural environment and care, weed control, irrigation, basic, mechanics and equipment, marketing, value added produce, building and a maintenance, etc

Fast track this learning curve and eliminate quite a few big mistakes we all make along the way.

This workshop raises a wealth of topics but gives insights to two different small farmers thinking and approaches including mistakes, approaches in the past and where they have ended up now.
